Flying Fogarty

About the Book

Flying Fogarty is the story of a chicken super-hero. When the Caribbean island of Montserrat is faced with a volcanic eruption, Fogarty steps in to the rescue. He leads his fellow chickens in a series of exciting adventures, defeating the chicken chuckers and making their escape to Happy Valley.

About the Author

David Hanington was born in the Caribbean and went to school on the island of Montserrat as well as the neighbouring island of Antigua. David spent most of his life as a television producer in England but returned to Montserrat in 2008 to rediscover his childhood roots. It was here that he wrote about Flying Fogarty’s adventures.
