The story is about determination and friendship as seen in the relationship between Danny and Jessica the Farmer’s daughter. A good home always make one feels safe and loved, for the Danny the Woodpecker his dreams did came through.

Yolande Jessamy was born in Grenada. She was educated in Grenada and England. She spends her time working within the private and public health sector. She is a Researcher in the History of Medicine, Health, Illness and Society; she has keen interest in the relationship between Architecture and Health, Medicine and Poetry. She lives in Oxford, England
