About the Book

I have always had a passion for cooking and consider cooking to be a labor of love. Prior to becoming a professional cook I used to try cooking from recipe books but the end product often turned out to be a poor reflection of what was in the recipe book. I did not have the correct cooking instruments equipment and I would often get the measurements wrong. This made me wonder whether I would ever fulfill my ambition to be a chef.

About the Author

Ellah Kandi is a successful businesswoman who runs her own catering company and is also Secretary and Coordinator of the Emmanu’-EL Apostolic Gospel Academy A.K.A De Montfort University Gospel Choir based in Leicester. She is a lady of many talents and her drive and determination to succeed makes her successful in any venture she embarks on. She is also a dancer and signer and does voluntary work in her community of Leicester with deaf and disabled people whilst working tirelessly for various charitable causes.
