F.J. Dalpay; author of HOBO, was born into a Military family which relocated frequently. As a result, the need to wander was never really satisfied. Now living and working in Central Florida, he is careful to maintain strong spiritual values with optimum privacy. Dalpay is a strong supporter of civil rights of the common man as guaranteed by the Constitution. Research for the work HOBO was done in the spring and summer of 1990. Any similarity to actual events or persons is purely coincidental; this is a work of fiction.
