Keary Douglas is on a search for a way to stop the cycles of life that hurt him. He is trying to stop the cycle of exiting people that leave his life after leaving such an impact. His girlfriend and the world seem to be eating at his heart and mind with their constant tests that he must face. On a trip to Boston with his best friend Hib, Keary learns and discovers the true beauty of life once more. He regains his belief in the common goodness in man and can once again look up at the sky and smile.

About the Author

I was raised in North Carolina, a place that I hold dear and true to my heart for all the lessons it has taught me. Yet, I am only 21 right now and still in college pursuing my engineering degree. In all other biographies that I have read, they list all the accomplishments that they have done in their lives, all the journeys they have taken, all the things that should appear on a resume. Yet I am still young, all I can list are the hypotheticals that may happen to me. I want to accomplish many great things but I want to be the one that deems them as being great and not society. My goal for life is to live with honor and grace, for all we can take with us when we pass on are the principles that we ascertained during our lives. Robert Frost once said that he chose the path less traveled. I would like to add on to that by saying that yes I saw two paths, one traveled by many and one less traveled. Yet, I didn’t choose either of them. I made my own path.
