The agonies endured with diabetes' diatribes -- the rejection to accept further physical breakdown, the successful search to find a real but radical cure against an ingrained culprit, diabetes -- has prompted this work.

About the Author

Fred Blechman flew F4U-5 Corsairs with the VF-14 “Tophatters.” He made two Mediterranean carrier cruises, and numerous Caribbean carrier deployments from 1950-1952. Since 1961 he has written 750 magazine articles and seven books about microcomputers, electronics and flying.
