About the Book

Among the many conspiracy theories is the one in which all of the western industrial and financial might is concentrated within the hands of a few private individuals. The TRIUMVIRATE are those individuals. The story is one which might be considered plausible were it not fiction. One which could, indeed, bring down the high and the mighty, and shake the governments of the world to their foundations.

I say that it is based on fact......consider this:-

  1. At the time of writing this story the International Monetary Fund was in the process of organizing. Since its inception it has, as an organization, controlled the ability of the nations, who are members, to use their credit with the "World Banks". It also serves, unofficially, as the springboard for the member counties to put forward industrial and monetary projects which affect the international markets. It would stand to reason that any industrial or monetary mogul, who has the ear of any of the major players in this organization, could put forward any project and thereby control a particular market or commodity.
  2. A large diamond mine has been established in the Northwest Territories of Canada and is producing gems of exceptional quality.
  3. If you accept Fact#1 and Fact#2 and marry them, place them in a scenario where control by the spokesmen of the IMF must be had, you are confronted with a possability. The possability that they might, just might, play out the scene as I have written here. When you enter an additional catalyst of corrupt politicians and lobbyist the story is made.
