About the Book

These short stories reflect with humor some of the experiences the author lived through, from the time he went to study engineering in a University in the United States until long after he took up permanent residence in that country. The experiences enriched the author’s life and helped him to understand the human race.

About the Author

The author, a native from Bolivia, is a Civil Engineer and Architect, who worked in various capacities as a civil servant for the U.S. Government. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma and served in the U.S. armed forces as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division. He speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese, and has traveled extensively in North and South America and Europe. He is the author of the novel “The Marquis of Villaverde” and a book of philosophical discussions titled “That God, that Man, That Jew, Jesus”.
