Ever since Demothi took over the kingdom of Ciara, things have gone nowhere but downhill. With the city in ruin it's up to the reluctant recluse Dolorous and the bright orphan Hailie to do something about it. Will they? More importantly, can they?

About the Author

Clayton Rather, or Clayton, as he is known by his friends, lives and sleeps in scenic Park City, Utah. His first novel, Suzanne Longhurst, was the recipient of the first annual 'Clayton Rather Award for Literature'. When not penning timeless tales he enjoys wasting time, eating pizza and plucking the banjo.
