About the Book

This is a story I wrote for my darling granddaughter, Jennifer, when she was much younger. In 2008, I read my story: Stanley Starfish To Mrs. Hothi’s Second Grade Class at Barry School in Yuba City, CA My grandson Chase’s Class. The students wrote me such beautiful “Thank You” letters I want to include those letters and to fulfill my promise to tell them the rest or the story about when Stanley Became a Star. I, therefore, dedicate this story: Stanley Star to Jennifer and to the Student’s whose Thank You letters are at the back of this book. I think it is very important to always say Thank You. Don’t you?
