About the Author

Derrick Robinson was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. He was always drawn to the written word, being an avid reader since childhood and always having a notebook and pencil with him. He’s still the same way today. His reason for writing this book was to give the inner city children a character they could relate to and call their own. A graduate of Temple University, Derrick works as a staff writer for BSTM Magazine. He currently resides in Philadelphia, PA.
