BROTHERS OR ENEMIES Part I

About the Book

While studying the World War II in the fifth grade, my teacher, Ms. White impacted me to write this book. I wanted to learn more about World War II, therefore, I researched the subject. I then, took the facts, along with my ideas and thoughts together to create and write this book. World War II took place in Hawaii, France, Poland and Japan. World War II began in 1939 in Poland and ended in Japan in 1945. They utilized the Atomic Bomb to end World War ll.

About the Author

My name is Dominique James Pickney I was born on December 28, 2000 at St. Luke`s hospital in Houston, Texas. I attended ABC-123 A CAT A ME, next I went to Briargate Elementary for gardes first through fourth grade, when I was in fourth grade I won third place in the school spelling bee, after Briargate I attended Kipp Spirit College Prep, from fifth grade to the present. I`ve been an honor roll student since elementary school. Now I am going to seventh grade and I am currently attending Kipp Spirit College Prep. I joined the Boy Scouts of America at the age of 6(at this age I was a tag along) you need to be seven years old to join the Boy Scouts of America. I started writing at the age of seven. I am a very curious child, who reads lots of books and draw pictures and create things. I spend a great deal of time volunteering and helping others. I spent a summer in Maryland and in Washington D.C., I also written several letters to President Barack Obama and received positive responses back. I`ve also visited Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama which was a great learning experience from traveling to those states.
