About the Author

Virginia Warfield worked in London restaurants for 13 years. She saved her tips, travelled the world, bought two flats and started her own business. While manager of one North London eatery, she kept a record of “customer classics”, which she’s transformed into the framework for Side Orders. Virginia now lives in Sydney, Australia, and is about to open a café near the beach with her partner David.
