When his friend, a homeless man, Bill Lander turned up dead, Harrison took it personal and began investigating the murder. Then things got even uglyer because more homeless people began turning up dead. After month of working on the case, finally, he found clues that led him to a man, John London, he told me, he committed the murder because seeing homeless people walking around sicken him--and, he thought putting them out of their misery was the best thing. Harrison investigation skills showed some interest and many people started asking him to help them solve crimes; and found people. That´s when he decided to go into business as a private investigator.
Harrison carries a gun, Smith&Wesson because since he´s been in this crime business, he´s run into some of the most, violent, most dangerous, most cunning and most sociopath the worlds ever known. He doesn´t always have to use his gun, because his boxing skills aren´t too bad. He´s beaten a lot of his suspects into confessing. He was a former middle weight boxer, for a couple of years. But he has run across people that fight a little more better...It happens.
Any given time, you´ll find Harrison playing blackjack at a local casino. He plays sometimes all night, if his luck continues, but then again sometimes he´ll loses everthing--and he´s fored to sale, the car, the home, and the business. Then he picks up a streak of luck and wins everything back. He like to eat out a lot, mostly at McDonald´s and Wendy´s, lets not forget Dominoes pizza is a big favorite too.
He´s not some one-man-army bullshit, either. His friends: Marisa (assistant); has helped him solve many cases; and Sgt. John Newsham has been a good source for information and sometimes he can be a tough cookie to swallow.
He´s easy-going, nice, funny and cultured. Because of this, most of his clients still keep coming back for more help and some are real close, enough to have lunch, dinner; and maybe sex. And word of mouth from satisfied clients--has given Harrison and even more thriving business.
He drinks bourbon, but not too much. A nice cold beer, once in a while. And, he also has a weakness for ham&cheese sandwiches and chocolate chip ice cream.
He likes to wear sport jackets, favorite colors: blue, brown, black, gray and red. Slacks: black, brown and gray-- blue and black jeans. He wears black and brown shoes, with hard soles.
And, he sometimes smokes cigars, green and brown. He´ll light up at a murder scene, at the office, at the police station; Sgt. John Newsham will more often than scream at him about it. Also, in resteraunts and supermarkets; the managers tend to steam up.
