About the Author

Franklin resides in Steamboat Springs, CO. She is currently attending Saint Michael’s College in Burlington, VT, studying to receive and bachelor’s degree in English. Raised in Chicago until the age of nine, she then moved with her mother, father and younger sister. The family owns horses, chickens, dogs, and cats. Franklin has a love for animals as well as people. Her interactions with them and what she sees in everyday life are the basis for her inspiration. She is also on the Saint Michael’s varsity swim team and is passionate about her campus ministry and the work of God.
