About the Book

Two Newborn souls, created on planet Orion (Heaven) and waiting to be born, fall in love and refuse birth, for they learn that they will not meet on Earth. When numerous other sympathetic Newborns join them in a sit-down strike, babies suddenly stop being born in the affected area of Earth This is just one of several plot conflicts in Kelley’s romantic fantasy story, which takes the two souls to Earth in the historical time period from 1918 to the early period of World War II. As reclaimed souls back on Orion, the two protagonists reach a surprise ending tied to the sacred Orion Hill. The story thrives on dramatic suspense and emotional highs from start to finish. It lifts the spirit and leaves one with a happy feeling in the ending.
