About the Book
Stink Bug's story is unique, in that it is just as Funny as it can be troubling at times Since her life was closely intertwined with the Author himself, it gives the reader an insiders view of Life on an Indian Reservation. The story tells of their Adventures together as well as their trials and tribulations as they try to find a balance between peace and turmoil on the road to a new beginning. Which at one point force them from they home and in search a new life else where, only to find life just as tumultuous if not more so, and then having to move back to the Reservation once again.
About the Author
The Author, a Disabled Veteran and Member of the Walker River Paiute Indian Tribe of Nevada was actually Born in Los Angeles Ca., then moved back to the Reservation at the age of Eight. He finished his elementary education on the Reservation, there went to High School in Hawthorne, Nevada before enlisting in the U.S. Army in 1972. After an Honorable Discharge, he worked mainly as a laborer until starting a career in the Mining Industry as a Blaster. After several years in Mining the Author moved on to Ordnance Production at the Hawthorne Army Ammunition Plant before becoming Disabled.
