About the Author

Marie E. Costa, known as “StarWarrior-Rie” to her online fans, lives in Texas. Marie has been writing all her life. She has several poems published in anthologies and has won awards in the amateur publishing arena for short stories. When not writing Marie likes to read, attend science fiction conventions, and cook. She is a bit of a Jack of all Trades. Marie has had several distinctly different careers, ranging from the food industry to documentation, and from human resources to integrated facility management. She grew up in New England, in a large traditional family and loves family gatherings.
