About the Book

The Entrepreneur’s Compass highlights ten expensive pitfalls of business and discusses the two major factors that influence the successful fulfillment of the entrepreneur’s dreams. It focuses on the entrepreneur and his unique and critical relationship to his company. It is the vision and drive of the entrepreneur coupled with his or her decisions that determine if the new venture will succeed. The author’s goal is to help the entrepreneur avoid the unnecessary failure and personal disaster experienced by too many business owners from the pre-startup phase through the first two inflection points of growth.

About the Author

Bob Irish is a managing partner of Dynamic Results, LLC specializing in Strategic Planning and Organizational Development. He has helped numerous companies from startup through success. His career includes a highly successful company he founded and engagements as CEO in a variety of other companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas, Arlington and a master’s degree from Southern Methodist University. Bob facilitates groups of CEOs as a chair for TEC International, teaches a college course for entrepreneurs, provides a Key Financial Indicators workshop for business owners, and speaks on Terrorism and the World’s Oil Supply.
