Why did the Jesus movement change from a Jewish reform movement to one that was anti-Judaic and comprised exclusively of Gentiles? Was this Jesus’ intent? That is the fascinating tale that is told here. It starts with Jesus. Who exactly was he? What did he believe? What was his mission all about? Was he the Son of God or a revolutionary martyr? If he were alive today would he recognize what has been created in his name? Would he approve? We get to meet James, the brother of Jesus, get a better understanding of his role after his brother’s death. Then there is Peter, who was considered the greatest Apostle of them all. Most of all we get to meet Paul. Was he the true founder of Christianity? What was his relationship with James and Peter? We follow the events that led up to the Jesus Conference of 49 AD in Jerusalem. This was the most significant Conference the world would ever have. It was there that these icons met and determined the future of both Judaism and Christianity.

About the Author

Eugene Solomon is retired in sunny Florida with his wife and golden retriever. He has written five books: a novel about the Warsaw Ghetto uprising during the Holocaust; two books dealing with ancient Judaism and early Christianity, a personal memoir about his experiences with cancer stem cell transplants and experimental drug programs. His last book was entitled “Lies and Deceits” and focused on distortions in American history.
