About the Book

My book is about a person going through many changes in his life. It basically tells you how to defeat the odds. What I mean is that no matter how hard it gets, keep trying and trust in God. The person I am talking about is me. I explain how I was an athlete with a promising career but got cut short because of an accident which caused a complete change in my life. I talk about the transitional phase I went through as a kid in middle school, high school and college. I talk about what it feels like to be champion and the success of making it in life. A biography about me is I was born on January 27, 1984 to the Kathy and David Bowles Jr. I am now 27 years old and I am living the American Dream. I am a high school graduate of Matoaca High School. I am a Virginia State University graduate with a degree in Sports Management.

About the Author

The audience I want to target is young people and adults that are going to school and trying to make something out of their lives. My Marketing and Promotional plan is to visit high schools and colleges promoting my book. Also, I would like to see my book on shelves in bookstores in the area where I live.
