About the Author

Lynn Reed, who lives near the Gilroy area with her husband, four children and now six grandchildren, one adopted from Africa, studied Art at West Valley College, Via Montalvo Art Institute, and Cabrillo College. She is a winner of several Art awards including The Women of Los Gatos Annual Art Show, and has in the pass two drawings at the White House. She has also been awarded a Book Award from Premier Book Award, category of Children’s Picture Book in 2009 for her book titled: “Shannon’s Journey to the Throne Room” which is the first adventure book to this series. The second book is “Shannon’s Search for the Lost Ark”. In 2007 she published, “This is My Commandment”.
