What would you do if your life was dark? A life where you would never see the sun and where you would never see anything better, than where you stood. You fight to the death just for the smallest crumbs and drops of water. A life where you witness a murder every day, but you could never save that person by calling three simple numbers. In this life there was only one way in and one way out, and that was a wall that stacked higher than your average buildings. But the only thing that stood in your way, was your own life. So, what would you do? Fight till your last breath? Wait till they find you? Or maybe you would even take your own life, thinking you would be free from the pain. But no, you would never do that, right? But then the war comes. Panic, hundreds disappearing. It's only a matter of time before your time to choose is up. The clock starts ticking, each tick louder than the last. You realize your life will be gone in days, maybe even minutes. The choice is in front of you, all you have to do is choose.

Halee grew up in the small town of Quiet Dell, West Virginia. Since the age of 12, she has spent her time writing stories that filled her notebooks. Soon she began typing and sharing her story on public websites. With the support of her friends and family, Halee soon became popular with writing. When she is away from the writing world, she is on the soccer field or spending time with her friends and family. Halee hopes to become a well-known young writer, devoting her career in the writing field.
