About the Author

Donna McNeill has degrees in business administration, Economics and computer information systems. She has served in both the U.S. Navy as a data processing technician and in U.S. Army as a chaplain assistant, receiving honorable discharges from both services and a Good Conduct Medal from the U.S. Navy. While in the military, she was stationed in Florida, California, Washington, DC area, South Carolina and Kentucky. She has completed a variety of diploma courses, which were a huge source of information found in this book. She had successfully ran an eBay auction website, receiving a 100% approval rating. Her current hobbies are fashion, art and photography, where she has amassed a portfolio collection of over 200 pieces. She hopes one day to travel the world creating a photography and art portfolio.
