About the Book

Cowboy Leadership is a refreshing departure from traditional management theory.

 Fills a void in Business Education … The Art of Leadership and Sales Management.

 The definitive “how to” for Sales Management.

Reminiscent of Will Rogers. Quotations from Louis L’Amour, and historical depictions of Texas Cattle Drives are used to support the philosophy and too add to the western flavor of the text. Americans love Cowboys! Now here are the answers to which we’ve been seeking.

About the Author

Steven James Lynn is a product of his Irish and Texas ancestry. He is very good at what he does. He is an inspirational leader, motivational speaker, trainer, consultant, and entrepreneur. He wrote Cowboy Leadership because he noted a void in business, sales management, and leadership texts. While “tongue-in-cheek” critical of big business, its management and politicians in general, he can be critical without damaging individual self-esteem, position or pride. His wit, style, sense of American heritage, accent and presentation is reminiscent of Will Rogers. Steve currently resides in Llano, Texas, and may be contacted through Cowboy Leadership LLC (http://www.cowboyleadership.com)
