About the Author

Mr. Zpevak is seventy-seven years old, married to Jean for fifty-seven years and they have four children, five grand-children, and one great grand-child. He is a veteran of World War II and served as a Navy corpsman with the Second Marine Division during the invasions of Saipan, Tinian, and Okinawa. At Saipan, in June of 1944, he won the Bronze Star Medal for heroic acheivement. He is a native of Omaha, Nebraska where he began fifty years of experience in the Life and Casualty Insurance business, serving as CEO for twelve years. Now retired, he resides at Lake St. Louis, Missouri where he does some work as an arbitrator and mediator, but spends most of his time playing golf.
