About the Book

Victor and Ariana were two people that led completely different lives, until a random accident changed all of that.  He had fled from society at an early age to go live amongst the wild forest, surviving with his friend Ingram and hunting to survive.  She was a cheerleader who had a bright and promising future ahead of her and was one of the most popular kids in her school.

They met under an extraordinary situation.  Ariana had been torn from everything she had ever known and forced to stay with this man in order to survive during the long and deadly winter and hopefully return to her family.  Victor’s dark past shadows him wherever he goes and a trail of blood leads all the way up to his eventual and ironic death.

About the Author

Michael Kleen was born in Chicago but has lived in the city of Des Plaines for most of his life. He is nineteen and currently enrolled at Eastern Illinois University studying history and at some point philosophy. He is a largely self-educated man who taught himself how to write and has been since he was a little kid. He is currently experimenting with applying different ancient values to modern life and would like to see a return to ‘the good old days’. His undying devotion is to his life work and soon to be wife Donna Eifler.
