About the Book

To Whom it May Concern:

I am writing to applaud the writings of Don Paul Hicks’ sequels of The Truth will set you Free” and “Have you met the man on the Cross”.

I have opened my eyes to a greater power after reading these works. We live in cynical times. By reading and living out what the bible tells us, we can be a better person, we can learn to trust what God has given to us. We can learn to love our brothers and sisters without question, it’s all there, and it is ours for the taking.

Jesus was sent to us by God to show us that all enemies should be forgiven and made our friends. If everyone put what the bible and what Jesus has told us into our daily lives, there would be less hate, less mistrust of our neighbours, and less wars between men.

In the business that I am in, there is a great opportunity for doubt and mistrust. After reading Don’s works I am taking a completely different approach to people. I am inspired to be a better person. I will put Jesus’ words into my life with a greater purpose. My life has been my gift from God, now what I do with my life will be a gift form me to Him.

I would like to say a few words that come from my heart about the two books “The Truth Will Set you free” and “Have You Met the Man on the Cross” written by my best friend Don Paul Hicks.

I am not one of those people that pick up a book; however, I did with these two books. Can I tell you this, I know that Don lives the Way he writes and so you can be sure that when you read his books, it is coming straight from his heart.

The two books come alive with the word of God as you are reading it. It is written so that anyone that is searching for a better life can find it. As Don says in his books we are all sinners and we need a Savior for those that have already found Him they will tell you the same thing.

Read Don’s books and see for yourselves and then tell others about them. As Don says, if we reached out to just one person about their Salvation, then this world would be the type of world that it should be!

God has given you the gift to translate his words where we all can understand them you have inspired me to pick up a book and read. YOUR BOOK. The Lord guides us to do right, but you guide us to understand his meaning better. I recommend your books to those who think the BIBLE is not for them. Dear Don,

Thank you so much for giving me the pleasure of reading your works. I spent 13 years in Catholic school and your books reinforced exactly what I had learned in my young school years. Much of the information I had not contemplated for along time even though I am a church going person and listen to sermons each Sunday.
