As a little boys journey begins, Scott Jordan experiences continuous childhood traumas and is grief stricken by his mothers ultimate abandonment, jumping overboard to her watery death from a cruise ship. He grows up sad, confused and angry. Subsequently Scott has another personal hell to wage war with; Manic depressive illness. His life is a succession of delusional, psychotic, manic episodes and crippling suicidal depressions. He is caught in an intricate web of misfiring brain chemistry. About the Author
Scott James Jordan is a retired Producer. He began his career at the Gay Men's Health Crisis Inc in the early eighties as an associate producer as part of a Cable Ace Award winning team. He has worked with many well known entertainers from Broadway, Television and Film, as well as appearing off -Broadway, in film and television as a performer himself. Diagnosed with depression and then Bipolar I disorder, he chose to self medicate until suffering a major breakdown during the summer of 1998. He now leads a quiet life with his partner, also named Scott, in Provincetown, Massachusetts.
