About the Book

Written in language understandable to most high school graduates, Chapter One reveals that $100 billion of taxpayers’ money was spent on the Court’s mission to achieve racial quotas in public schools. Chapter Two asks whether there can be a wall of separation between church and state when the U.S. Government annually foregoes $20 billion of tax revenue, because of the tax law that allows deduction of contributions to “churches”. Other chapters describe power transferred by the Court from legislators to itself. During the 50 years ended 1989, the Court made 538 decisions that nullified state statutes and 62 decisions that declared federal laws to be unconstitutional.
