About the Book
This book is about a girl growing up in the foothills of northwestern North Carolina during the Great Depression. This is a true story of one who lived over seventy-seven years through happiness, sadness, and pain while she stood helplessly by. She also went from rags to riches. She found the greatest of all these is the love of God who sustained her through it all. You will appreciate life today compared to the nineteen thirties. The author has written three books, Gods Bouquet, Beautiful Savior, and Gems for Jesus, and now Meredith: The Family I Once Had.
