About the Author
T. Alan Brenner holds a Master of Arts in Education and has taught health and physical education at both the elementary and secondary school levels. A former competitive amateur athlete, coach, and fitness counselor, T. Alan currently teaches k-8 physical education and is a high school athletic official in Chicago, Illinois, where he resides with his family.
