About the Book

As the story opens, thirty-two year old Susan Sullivan, a West Palm Beach caterer, is leaving behind her successful catering business in order to flee a man she unwittingly became involved with who is now under investigation by the FBI. Hoping to cover her tracks, she goes to a small town in north-west Georgia where she is befriended by the town’s Grande Dame. This woman’s unmarried son Jay is added to the tale, and soon sparks ignite between two strong willed and passionate people. Several subplots keep a nice balance between romance and intrigue as strangers come to town asking questions, and people are murdered.
