Tanya Copprue is an expert personal development specialist, inspirational speaker, and self-proclaimed researcher of spirituality. Her work takes a holistic approach integrating the principles of mind, body, and spirit. Tanya has over ten years of experience working with disadvantaged populations, individuals with disabilities, and mental illnesses. She holds a Bachelors degree in human services and a Masters of Social Work Degree (MSW) from Yeshiva University in New York City. Tanya has worked as a child and family therapist in the area of mental health and she is highly skilled in the area of psychosocial assessments and clinical counseling. A natural teacher, her years of working as an educator and recently as an adjunct professor of sociology have inspired her to create empowerment workshops and trainings on personal growth & spiritual development. Tanya enjoys reading, writing poetry, and other creative works, and living a spiritually vibrant lifestyle. She has two children, a son in college and a daughter who lives at home with her in New Jersey.
