About the Author

Aja Marie Alexander was born in Bremerton, WA in 1979. Having a natural artistic and literary streak, I began writing poetry at the age of nine as amusement during a thunderstorm. Being painfully shy and self conscious, poetry has been an escape for me, especially through my teen years. Currently living in New London Connecticut, I work as an apprentice in the marine electrician field.
