This book is a compilation of articles he wrote, while attending WSU. His Sports Column, The Hot Corner was quickly a reader favorite. Four of the individual articles won him awards with the Society of Professional Journalism, as well as the 2007 SPJ award for best National Collegiate Sports Column writing.

About the Author

Brandon Scheller is a Washington State University Communications Graduate from Marysville, WA. This book is a compilation of articles he wrote, while attending WSU. His Sports Column, The Hot Corner was quickly a reader favorite. Four of the individual articles won him awards with the Society of Professional Journalism, as well as the 2007 SPJ award for best National Collegiate Sports Column writing. While attending WSU Brandon did not limit his campus involvement to Journalism. He served as Chair of Special events for the Student Entertainment Board as well as 2 years as an ASWSU Senator before being named the Chief of Staff to the ASWSU President. During Brandon’s senior year 2008-2009 he served the students as the ASWSU Student Body President.
