POETRY HAS ALWAYS BEEN AN EMOTIONAL OUTLET FOR ME. GOD HAS ENABLED ME THROUGH POETRY TO RENEW MY MIND, BODY AND SPIRIT. GOD IS THE HEAD OF MY LIFE, JESUS IS THE CENTER OF MY WORLD AND THE HOLY SPIRIT IS THE COMFORTER OF MY SOUL.

About the Author

Being the fifth of nine children, I was the typical "Middle Child” (Syndrome and All). While growing up in the shadows of so many outgoing and dominant personalities, my emotions at times were suppressed. Writing poetry has always been my "refuse “from the turmoil's of life. To display my life, struggles, insecurities, and dreams to tile world, is utterly surreal to me. At the age of seven, I became aware of the realities and cruelties of the world. My father took his own life and inadvertently took my life also. To be judged or rather misjudged; is the greatest of all of my many fears. The strength to face the spirit of fear has been the ultimate blessing from my Father, God. Where do I go from here - just a little higher in tile knowledge of God.
