Book description I over-viewed a model, in which organizational learning results from interaction at three levels through 4I processes developed by political dimension. I examined the learning practices of companies in a non-western economy under strong environmental pressure (war, sanction, etc...) to learn from previous experiences. Finally, I analyzed the linked assumptions and logic underlying learning processes for a project, and the integration of power into the 4I framework.


About the Author

Sadra Mirmohammadi born and raised in Khansar Persia. He obtained a B.S( Accounting), a Master degree (Rehabilitation management) from the Tehran university, and a Ph.D. (business-organizational learning) from the MBS of Manchester University in United Kingdom. Dr sadra served as financial senior manager in energy section for 30 years, whilst teaching management and accounting in Persian universities.Also, he served as the member of the board of director in more than 50 companies, where he followed his researches in management. Since 1995, his concentrated research was, mostly, on organizational learning. He is, now, rearranging his research results to be more useful (he hope so) for other managers and students, whilst living with his wife and three daughters in Richmondhill Ontario Canada.
