About the Book
My final poetry book took a sharp turn that was not expected but did happen. An amazing revelation of a mystery unveils while in the middle of compiling the book at hand. The image portrayed here is that of the impact we have on each other. I felt compelled to share this with everyone reading this book. Being an author is not based on the number of books one has written but rather, the impact you have and had on others. The book contains some interesting moments that will give you credit. I must say, there are some moments of pain, especially when some of us remember the shooting that happened a few years ago at Dawson College. I must say that I saw all the good memories that were left by the girl who was short to death. It is through her that I realized the previously stated statement that portrays an author.
The most wonderful thing that you will get from reading this book or the previous ones is, you will be spiritually up lifted, encouraged, inspired, motivated and blessed beyond measure. Above all, you will see God’s love and grace for you.
About the Author
It is an honor to introduce a very special young teenage girl and friend of mine. Victoria has actually blown my mind but did not cause any brain damage. The painting in the front page was done by her; she did a wonderful job in such that I fell in love with it. My goal in life is to help every teenager such as Victoria pursue and use their talents to the fullest. Friends, let’s give support and love to these teenagers. Vicky, I want you to be where God wants you to be with your painting My name is Paul Bhekimpilo Tshuma, and I was born in Bulawayo Zimbabwe, Africa. I was born in 1978 and was never able to walk because of muscular dystrophy. I attended King George IV Memorial School from 1986 to 1996. During these years, I had developed an interest in writing poetry after being inspired by a Public speaking competition against 15 schools and coming in second place had encouraged me enormously. From that day, I was really interested in writing and it is the best way to express my thoughts through poetry. After writing my first few poems, such as, "Is it a forced Matter?" and "My talent", my desire for writing slowly diminished. I soon found writing to be a tedious chore, and had stopped writing completely. Two years later I met a friend in school, who had an intense passion for writing poems. After reading a couple of his poems, I was motivated and returned to my pen and paper. I have never stopped writing poems since that day. Even though I studied Computer Software and Technology at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, poetry still remains my passion. The type of poems I write are inspirational, love, encouragement, as well as personal experiences. The reason I write poetry is because I am able to express myself better: I hope that my poems can provide emotional or mental support for those who are going through difficult situations.
