A father and his love taught his children of faith, hard work and overcoming obstacles. “Chef” was a hard working man who demanded much and gave much to all he encountered. Little did his family realize just how important those life lessons would become as they faced the hardest of challenges without him. Although Chef had guided one child through the pitfalls of drugs and launched others to high achieving college degrees and careers, he wasn't able to help his youngest son succeed and thrive. At least, not while he was still alive on this earth. You see, Chef was shot dead by the young son he so desperately wanted to save. The Art of Forgiveness is the story of the final chapters of Chef's life legacy as they played out after his death. It is a journey of faith and hope as a family coped with tragedy times two. A father murdered and a son lost to drugs, mental illness and the prison system. How was a family to recover from such great and tragic loss? Who would lead them? Was forgiveness even possible? Where would the road to healing start? This is the faith journey of the Clark family as they struggling through and succeeding in the ultimate form of redemption – forgiveness and love. About the Author

Greg Clark is an author, speaker and security expert from Atlanta. His father, “Chef”, was the first black head chef at Augusta National Golf Club and he dared Greg to achieve. The first in his family to finish college, Greg earned a Master’s degree, secured a job at The Coca Cola Company and became an entrepreneur. Greg is a man of faith and investment. He motivates college students, stands up for the poor and oppressed, mentors teens, speaks publicly and cares for family with the goal of connecting to people and letting them know the love of God almighty.
