About the Author
Arlene J. Sherman is a certified consulting hypnotherapist, in private practice since 1998. Currently, and for the past several years, she has been working with well-known drug and alcohol treatment centers in South Florida. In addition to Ms. Sherman’s hypnotherapy practice, the author is a recovery coach and a motivational coach, and she has an expertise in stress management. Her innovative techniques assist people in their battle against substance abuse.
