About the Book

“Partnership With God” is a guide to Christianity through an examination of your faith in the bible. My work concern the ideas that Christians believe were given to man by God in the bible. I encourage individuals to embrace the teachings of the bible in their everyday lives which I feel will result in strengthening their faith.

I include in this book a daily, weekly, and monthly breakdown of passages to read from the bible that encompasses an entire year.

In “Partnership With God”, I compiled information contained within the bible in an organized manner that I intend to aid in the everyday prayer life of individuals who choose to follow Christ through Christian teachings.

About the Author

I am very grateful to have the opportunity to introduce myself in the presence of God and his holy people. My life as a Christian comes with many blessings and thankful moments. A life that has thus far been productive, maintained under the direction of God’s sanctified grace. It comes with great joy in knowing that God is always faithful to those who love him and seek him with all honesty. My name is Sheldon Reynaud Hitchens, born in the city of DeRidder, Louisiana, in 1963 to Mr. and Mrs. Charley L. Hitchens, Jr. of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I am married to my high school sweet heart, a lovely lady, Sharon Holmes Hitchens of DeRidder, Louisiana. Together we have one delightful son, Sheldon Ryan Hitchens. I am an active member of St. Josephs Catholic Church in DeRidder, Louisiana. During my life long service to the faith, I’ve had the honor of sharing my spirit in various ministries in my church and community. I have completed college courses in theology through Our Lady of Holy Cross College, New Orleans, Louisiana.
