About the Author

AUTHOR’S BIOGRAPHY While pursuing a career in the U.S. Navy, the author attended the University of Mississippi (B.A, 1950), the American University (Institute of Correctional Administration, 1960), George Washington University, M.S., 1965) and the United States Naval War College. His duties in Service had him travel in at least twenty-six nation states, with extended time in the Middle East. After early retirement from the military, he established and operated property management companies in the District of Columbia. He retired again in 1990 and now resides in Boise, Idaho where he has two sons and daughters-in-law and four grandchildren. He has two daughters with children, one daughter in Colorado and the other in Maryland.
