About the Book

Like Wendy, the other athletes in the program rapidly rise to the top of their competition. But something is going terribly wrong, and Wendy’s once godlike athletic body, along with other athletes in the training program, is crashing. Mike and his wife will have to discover how to reverse the deadly mistake in gene therapy to save their daughter’s life. But time is rapidly running out – the backers of the illegal gene therapy program are taking steps to reduce the number of witnesses to their scheme. About the Author

John Hocutt, MD, was born in Williamsburg, Virginia, and was graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is a Board-certified Family Medicine and Sports Medicine physician with experience competing and coaching on a national level. He was the team physician for the U.S. Olympic Luge team for 8 years. He has numerous medical publications, including textbooks, articles, movies for medical procedures, and two medical television shows. He is the father of 3 very bright, athletic daughters. He knows what it feels like when they are threatened.
