About the Author

Dennis resides with his wife Jane, their daughter Katie, and two dogs in Delaware County, PA. He grew up with an abusive father and has spent 25 years helping thousands of young adults. He has gone on hundreds of wilderness trips with troubled youth, including a 30 day trip from Pennsylvania to Georgia and back. Now disabled and unable to work directly with youth offenders, he has chosen to become an author so he can continue to help others through his books. Although retired from the Be Proud Foundation, he is still an active member of the Board of Directors
