About the Book
Public and professional interest in traditional and natural methods of medical and health care has been growing exponentially for the past several decades. A large part of most traditional and natural methods of health care involves the concept of “detoxification”. About the Author
Dr. Edwards served as Chairman of the Section of Cardiology and as Chairman of the Department of Internal Medicine at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center in Reno, Nevada. He also served as Medical Director of Nevada Nuclear Cardiology Center, formed to study the effects of Chelation Therapy using advanced non-invasive technology. Results of these studies were presented in 1985. During his practice of Cardiology and Internal Medicine, Dr. Edwards developed an interest in Non-Toxic Traditional and Biological methods of Healing. Dr. Edwards is currently engaged in the Practice of Homeopathic-Integrative Biological Medicine at Bio Health Center, Reno, Nevada (www.biohealthcenter.com). In addition he is active in lecturing, teaching, publishing and research as the Medical Director of the International Biomedical Research Institute, a 501 3 (c) tax-exempt researches and educational foundation.
