About the Author

This is iris' first children's book. She's a published poet and adult romance writer, born and raised in Southern California. She relocated to Dallas, Texas in the fall of 2005 to fully live her life's dreams and continues to work for, who she considers the best company in the country, The Men's Wearhouse. With over thirty years invested in retail sales and management, her greatest joys are lived thru her two daughters, Dalvina and Margene, her grandson, Tyler Ray, grandaughter, Kyra Raine and her bestest friend and love, Rick. Along with her life-long love of all of nature's creatures, she chose a life in being a vegetarian nearly a quarter of a century ago.
