About the Author

For the past 24 years, Gloria E. Singleton has prepared hundreds of adult and youth job seekers in their pursuit to secure meaningful employment. Her extensive experience also includes training and coaching incumbent workers to advance their potential for promotability potential within their companies as well as for other opportunities in other areas. She has also worked side by side with many employers to help shape a more effective and versatile workforce to compete in this new technologically global and dynamic environment. Ms. Singleton holds a BA in Journalism from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She lives in Beaufort, South Carolina.
