About the Author

Rick Cline is a graduate of Davidson College, He earned a Master’s Degree in History from the University of North Carolina. After a stint in the U.S. Army, he worked at Hargrave Military Academy, in Chatham, Virginia, as an instructor, coach, and administrator until retirement in 1999. Rick and his wife reside upon a lake outside of Chatham. They have 3 children, 9 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Along with his family and many other beloved companions, Rick has been chasing fish for sixty-five years.
