About the Author

Anthony Cunning was born in St. Louis, MO on August 31, 1959. He moved to Oklahoma City with his family in 1963 and there he developed his appreciation for poetry. He joined the Navy in 1977 and over the next 21 years, countless heart aches, break ups, triumphs, accomplishments and disappointments became the source of inspiration in the writing of these poems. Mr. Cunning graduated from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale with a B.S. in Electronic Systems Technologies in 2002 and completed a Masters in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management in 2007. He resides in Bowie, Maryland.
